Last updated: August 2026

Acceptance of Terms

By using this website and engaging Cornerstone Creation Business Design Studios for services, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the website or submit an inquiry.

Services

Cornerstone Creation provides business design services including logo design, branding, brand identity, website design, print design, digital design, and business launch design. The specific scope of any project is defined in a separate proposal agreed before work begins.

Projects & Scope

Each project is scoped individually. The deliverables, timeline, and investment for your project are set out in a proposal. Work outside the agreed scope may require a revised proposal and additional investment.

Payment & Fees

Project fees, payment schedule, and accepted methods are defined in your proposal. Unless stated otherwise, a deposit may be required to begin work, with the balance due upon completion or at agreed milestones.

Client Responsibilities

You agree to provide the information, content, and feedback needed to complete the project, and to do so in a timely way. Delays in providing materials may affect the project timeline.

Intellectual Property

Upon full payment, final design deliverables are transferred to you to the extent agreed in your proposal. Cornerstone Creation retains the right to display completed work for portfolio and promotional purposes unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Revisions

The number of revisions included with your project is defined in your proposal. Additional revisions beyond the agreed amount may incur additional fees.

Timelines

Project timelines are estimates based on the agreed scope and the timely provision of materials and feedback. Cornerstone Creation is not liable for delays caused by circumstances outside its control.

Limitation of Liability

Cornerstone Creation is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of the services or deliverables. Total liability is limited to the fees paid for the project in question.

Confidentiality

We treat the information you share as confidential and use it only to deliver your project. We expect the same confidentiality for any materials shared with you during the process.

Termination

Either party may terminate a project per the terms in the proposal. Fees for work completed up to the point of termination remain payable.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Cornerstone Creation operates, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with a revised date.
